Fun fact: this app was created by the founder of Intermix, which also has a studio based in NY offering a variety of meditation techniques. The meditation sessions I have done so far have been amazing, so I wanted to get this review out ASAP.

Overall I do like the idea of Calm. I love the scenery that you can choose from, the bedtime stories for the kiddos (and adults too if you're into that sort of thing), the customization, as well as tracking how long you meditate as well as daily rewards to keep you on track.
